Returns Policy

We’re confident that you will love our hats anyhow. However, we’re also pleased to offer a satisfying 30 days no-reason-asked return policy for hats purchased from us.

WHAT can be returned?

All hats purchased from us can be returned if you are not happy with it. But they need to be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with labels intact. And yes, we do accept sales items returns.

HOW do I return items?

Please pack your purchase with the original box/bag, fill out “Additional information” of your post with your order number and send back to us.

WHERE can I get my refund?

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. And you will be refunded within 7 days once we receive your return.

Shipping for returns?

We’re very sorry that all shipping costs will NOT be refunded unless incorrect or faulty goods were sent out.
