We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliance’s. Any claims against goods, wears and tear, missed, lost or stolen goods or returns for exchanges have a 30 day limit on all such occurrences. If you order goods through our website, we have the right to refuse any claim or exchange after 30 days has passed from date of receipt of goods. We can not entertain claims, lost, stolen, wrongly ordered, wrongly receipted, wrongly packaged, wrongly sized goods after this time period of 30 days from order placement. We can not accept claims on returned or re-posted goods that do not arrive.
We pack all products with care and protection where possible. We can not control the condition of the packaging on arrival as there are over 75 processes for international shipments and 25 processes for Australian delivery of products. We pack to try and cover every eventuality, place Fragile on all boxes and use inner box support where possible.
All express items are packaged in a Satchel with bubble wrap.
Regular items are placed in satchels or boxes with crown supports and bubble wrap where possible. We use a balance between volumetric costs and protection of products. If you receive a damaged product in transit, you must inform us 3 days upon receipt of package. Please send an image or document of the damaged box / product and we will file a suitable insurance claim and replace the product. Damages will not be entertained after 3 days of goods receipted . We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery address.
